I expected the room to be smaller but it was above my expectations. It is about 15m, but has a large comfy bed and mine also boasted the back view on the nearest church. The window was large but didn't open (maybe due to December). Everything was spotless. The staff is very friendly, helped with me with all my questions on where to eat/go. A nice bonus is to have a breakfast in the morning, it's quite good. After that you can enjoy your gorgeous morning cappuccino or expresso in the cafes nearby (highly recommend Marchesi cafe in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele (above Prada shop). It's one of the oldest ones in Milano where you can take an ideal coffee served with a glass of a cold sparkling water and some of the home-made sweets or a piece of panettone (not cheap and might have a queue to enter, but definitely worth it considering the view on the Galleria). The hotel location is perfect to get wherever you want - 8-10 min walk from Duomo Cathedral and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, 2 min to Dante street - the shopping promenade of Milanese and tourists from Cathedrale to Sforza castle. All in all, this place is really a good one for its money.

We booked this hotel for it's central location and it did not disappoint! 5-8 min walk to the Duomo in one direction, and the same to Sforza Castle in the other. It was about a 3 minute walk to the tram station (so we could easily get ourselves to see the Last Supper) and there are 2 equidistant metro stations nearby as well. The train station (Milano Centrale) was a fair distance away- too far to walk with luggage for sure- but it's an easy taxi ride. They offer an all you can eat breakfast which was not gourmet, but did the trick! The room was modern, spacious, clean, and best of all (since it was hot during our visit) well air conditioned! They also have a rooftop terrace to take in panorama views of the city.

The staff were the friendliest, professional and very helpful! The hotel was within a short walking distance to Duomo. Cleanest hotel room I have ever seen with more amenities than I could have imagined. Spacious room and secure. I have to say a special thank you to Lorenzo, Anna, Justin, David, and Martin for the amazing service during my visit! Even when a shirt got mixed up with laundry (my mistake!) - they assured me that they would find it, they kept me updated and 1 day later it was back in my room. Opted for no breakfast during my stay but Lorenzo suggested the 1 free breakfast offer during my visit and it was really great. Will be back again soon!

We only stayed here for one night as it was the last night of our trip and needed a place to stay in the city from where our flight was departing. As such, we didn't get the "full experience" if we had stayed at the hotel and in the city for multiple days. However, for the time we were at the hotel it was a terrific experience. The staff were very friendly, check-in and check out were good and we felt welcomed. One team member even took us to our room to ensure we knew where we were going. The location is good, especially for us as we had plans to walk to see "The Last Supper" painting. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance.

I had a very pleasant one-night stay at B&B Hotel Milano City Center Duomo. The location is perfect – quiet, yet just a short walk to the main attractions, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The hotel felt safe, was spotless, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. It was also convenient to be able to leave our luggage in the hotel storage after checkout.
